The company is located in Zibo New-Hi Technology Area, Shandong Province, which is in the east of China.
Senter was built in 1996. It has been approved as Hi-Tech enterprise in 1999. It has passed the ISO9001 of International Quality System Approval in June, 2000, and the authentication of software enterprise by Chinese Information Industry government in 2002. The postdoctral scientific research workstation was built in 2002, it helps Senter to create more advanced technology projects. The main customers of Senter are China Telecom, China Mobile and China Union; for overseas market, Senter provides test sets for telecoms, both famous manufacturer and distribution agent from UK, India, Thailand, Malaysia and other South Asian countries.
